Starting the Day Right: 10 Minutes Meditation Practice

The way you start your morning sets the tone for the rest of your day. Instead of rushing into emails or checking your phone, take 10 minutes for a mindful meditation practice. Make meditation a daily habit, practice it every day!

What Is Triangle Meditation?

A powerful technique that involves inhaling, holding, exhaling, and pausing. It’s great for reducing stress and sharpening focus.

How It Works?

Step 1: Inhale through your nose for 3 seconds.

Step 2: Hold your breath for 1 seconds.

Step 3: Exhale through your nose for 3 seconds.

Step 4: Hold again for 1 seconds.

Tips:

Repeat the cycle for at least 10 minutes. Notice your thoughts without judgment. Over time, you’ll build a calm, focused mind.
